Angela X. Lin is a socially engaged artist and community organizer. Her artwork uplifts and explores the internal worlds of Women and Femmes of Color through collaborative portraiture, while her social justice work brings together communities of color to tackle white supremacy and towards collective liberation. She has worked in deep partnership with multiple communities impacted by structural oppressions to unearth invisibilized stories of joy, struggle, and connection, as well as the simple rituals of being human.
